    • Coaster route 12 will no longer serve the Retail Park bus stop in Newhaven

      7th Aug 2026 onwards

      From Wednesday 12th August, Coaster route 12 will no longer serve the Retail Park bus stop in Newhaven in both directions of travel.

      Following customer feedback, we are making this change to improve reliability and reduce delays. Route 12 will operate a more direct route between Newhaven Town Rail Station and Paradise Park via the A26 New Road.

      Alternative bus stops are available at Newhaven Town Rail Station and New Road.

      Routes N12 and 14 will continue to serve the Retail Park bus stop.

      Temporary bus stops have been placed along the diversion on:

      Kirby Drive (by the playground)
      Telescombe Cliffs Way ( between Tye View and Park Avenue)
      Telescombe Cliffs (before the junction with St Peter's Avenue) for journeys towards Newhaven
