As a student you can get great savings on your bus fare with a valid Student ID card when using our mobile phone app (m-ticket) or key smartcard. Makingpaying for travel on Brighton & Hove bus services in Sussex and Kent a whole lot simpler.
Our m-ticket app can be downloaded free from both the Andriod Play Store or iPhone App Store. Once downloaded, simply buy your ticket with our app and show your phone to the driver when you get on. Please ensure you are carrying your Student ID with you to show to a company employee if requested. To enable you to access the best value student fares, we would make clear that NUS cards are not an acceptable means of identification.
The key can only be registered at 1 Stop Travel due to the need to show a valid student card. Once you have registered your smartSAVER on the key, you can top up online at smartbuses.co.uk.

A Student scratchcard networkSAVER ticket is available from some campus shops for 7 days travel costing £15.
Please ensure you are carrying your Student ID (valid UK university, UK college or ISIC card) with you to show to a company employee if requested.
