Counterfeit 7-Day Saver Tickets

A number of counterfeit 7-day bus tickets have been sold in the Brighton area leading to a police investigation and multiple arrests.

We understand some passengers may not realise they’re using one of these tickets. However, as you would expect with any counterfeit product, Brighton & Hove Buses cannot continue to accept them.

Our drivers know how to identify one of these tickets and have been instructed to withdraw them in exchange for a One Day Network Saver to ensure no one is left stranded.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about the supply of fake tickets is asked to report online at https://sussex.police.uk/appealresponse or, call 101 quoting serial number 1638 of 11/5.

Authorised tickets can be purchased either directly from our offices at 43 Conway Street, Hove, or from one of our listed agents, or via a key card or our mobile app. For more ticket information, go to our website at buses.co.uk and click on Tickets.
